• Request for a debate and resolution on the European Patent Office

Title: Denial of access to human rights court for employees of international organisations" with resolution.

Short description: European Union citizens working for an international organisation with sovereign immunity – the European Patent Office – are being denied their human rights without recourse to the European Court of Human Rights. Successive judgements by national courts – most notably in the Netherlands – are being overturned by national Supreme courts on the basis of sovereign immunity. A possible proposed resolution censures the President of the European Patent Office, Benoit Battistelli and demands a restoration of rights to European citizens affected.
